State Work Activity Program (SWAP)
The State Work Activity Program provides Case Management services to all State TANF clients. We perform an enrollment Intake and negotiate a Family Futures Contract (Employability Plan) for all Adults. We make referrals to other programs for Family Stability activities to assist families in overcoming barriers that may prevent them from achieving stability, working and being financially secure. Referrals are made to these available resources: Food, Housing, Child Education, Child Development, Social Supports, Safety, Transportation, Physical Health, Mental Health, Substance Use, Child Care, and Employment and Training areas within the Blackfeet Manpower One Stop Center.
