About the Blackfeet Manpower Training Department

OKI! 

The Blackfeet Manpower Training Department is responsible for the creation, implementation, and improvement of BMP training efforts for staff, clients and community.  The department is responsible for the assessment and identification of Manpower’s training and development needs.  The department collaborates with other program administrators in defining their strategies for improving their programs and ultimately improving the overall performance and services to their clientele.

If you are a certified instructor and interested in conducting a training with BMP on behalf of the clients and staff. 

DEADLINE:  45 days prior to date of course

Blackfeet Tribe itemize list for contracts

  • Copy of IDs
  • W-9
  • Tribal Business Licenses (Current)
  • Justification Letter (Why contractor was chosen)
  • 3 Bids 
  • Sole Source letter and Council resolution (If not bid out)
  • Supporting Documentation i.e. certificates, awards, TERO cert, etc.
  • Scope of Work
  • Invoice:  To Include – cost break down, payment schedule
  • Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum coverage policy)
    • Please have all documents listed above attached to the contract before submitting to the fiscal department.
    • Administrative Committee Approval
