About The Blackfeet Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR) Program

Who we are

The Blackfeet Vocational Rehabilitation Program assists Blackfeet Tribal members with disabilities to secure a degree of self-sufficiency, which meets each individual’s personal requirements for health, well being, and quality of life.

While the program’s main focus is employment, the program recognizes that what represents a comfortable standard of living is not the same for everyone. The Blackfeet cultural values and beliefs differ from society at large in regards to self-sufficiency and independence.

Human Dignity and Self-worth are viewed within the context of the Blackfeet culture. It is with this philosophy in mind that service through the Blackfeet Vocational Rehabilitation Program is guided.

The Blackfeet Vocational Rehabilitation Program is one of the many programs under the Blackfeet Manpower Programs One Stop Center. The Blackfeet Voc. Rehab. The program has been present within the Blackfeet Manpower Programs One Stop Center for twenty (20) years plus.
