About Blackfeet Veterans Alliance

Blackfeet Veterans Alliance is here to help Veterans navigate the Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Benefits Administration, as well as assist families with the National Cemetery Administration. This will also include helping Veterans file claims with the aforementioned programs. This will include filing for any compensation benefits, insurance, pensions, and home loans.

We are also here to help further their education and training post-military. We can help them register for either the Post 9/11 GI Bill or their Montgomery GI Bill. The Blackfeet Veterans Alliance is also here to help with Reserve Educational Assistance, Veterans Educational Assistance or even help them transfer

Assistance with Transportation to and from VA appointments or help provide financial assistance if the veteran chooses to transport themselves.

Job Search Assistance-Blackfeet Veterans Alliance posts and shares all weekly job postings to assist veterans with finding gainful employment.

Temporary Housing- We are working to provide 8 temporary apartments for homeless veterans at the newly established Veterans Alliance Apartments.

Powwow Honoring

Blackfeet Veterans Alliance 4th of July Powwow/Honoring is held annually to Honor and Celebrate All Veterans both Native and Non-Native and to Promote Community Pride in the Blackfeet Tribe, Our Traditions, and Our Land. We find it important that we take time as a community to officially honor our warriors for their service in a traditional manner, through celebration and giving to the community.
