• Coordinate with local law enforcement, event organizers, and highway authorities to ensure seamless execution of the traffic plan.
• Develop a comprehensive communication strategy to inform motorists about the temporary road closure and alternative routes well in advance.
2. Road Closure Schedule:
• Close the northbound lane of Highway 89 North Lane from 7:00 AM to approximately 10:30 AM to facilitate the Extreme Warrior Race.
3. Pilot Car System:
• Utilize pilot cars to guide vehicles back and forth on the open northbound lane of Highway 89.

• Coordinate with local authorities to manage intersections and potential bottlenecks along diversion routes.
5. Safety Measures:
• Install barriers, cones, and warning signs to demarcate the closed section of Highway 89 Southbound Lane and ensure the safety of participants and motorists.

• Enforce strict speed limits and traffic regulations to maintain order and prevent accidents within the vicinity of the race course.
6. Emergency Response Plan:
• Emergency responders in collaboration with local law enforcement will be in the area to address any incidents or medical emergencies during the race.
• The Southbound Lane on Highway 89 will be used specifically for the racers and if need be, any emergency responders and staff personnel.
